Return Timeframe

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable during purchase

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please place a new order after returning the original item.
